North Carolina Representative Bradford announces his candidacy for Congress, representing the people of North Carolina’s 8th district.
Today, State Representative John Bradford announced his candidacy for Congress to represent the people of North Carolina’s 8th congressional district.
“I’ve spent my life building businesses in North Carolina. I know first-hand the weight of signing the front and the back of a paycheck, and the challenges families and small businesses face. I’m serving my fourth term in the North Carolina’s State Legislature where I’ve fought for lower taxes, a balanced budget, and the largest personal income tax cut in our state’s history. It’s time to bring those conservative principles to Washington, D.C.,” State Representative Bradford said.
“I’m running to represent North Carolina’s 8th congressional district because we need leaders in Washington who will outlaw sanctuary cities, strengthen law enforcement, protect our elections, empower parents and their children’s education—just like what our Republican leadership has accomplished in Raleigh.”
In the video released, Representative Bradford highlighted the work he’s accomplished in North Carolina’s State Legislature and committed to bringing conservative principles and business experience to Congress.
Representative Bradford is a lifelong entrepreneur, founding Park Avenue Properties based in the greater Charlotte area and PetScreening, which helps families all over the nation—including tens of thousands in North Carolina’s 8th Congressional district. He has served Mecklenburg County in the NC House for 4 terms, and serves on the finance, education, and commerce committees.
